  • I am a certified mediator, who also possess a Master Degree in Organizational Management specializing in the Art of Persuasion and Negotiation.
  • I also have over 15 years in the Human Services area with an emphasis in working with Child and Family Services, Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Veteran Administration Services.
  • I also hold certifications in effective listening, conflict management, facilitation and communication skills. 
  • I am a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and Performance Assessment Network as a Test Administrator.

  • Mediation is a voluntary process that aid in restoring communication, so individuals can solve their own problems.
  • We don't give answers or dictate a solution.
  • We are available to assist in facilitating an agreed upon outcome designed by both parties in the mediation which includes uncovering the root cause of the conflict to develop a Win-Win outcome.

What about Privacy?

 

  • Mediation is confidential.
  • Mediators are bound by law not to share any information relating to the session outside of the mediation. This confidentiality allows you to be comfortable working on tough issues and an atmosphere where you can openly address issues.

  • Intake and scheduling fee: $20.00 per party (Non-refundable). Due prior to the start of mediation.
