The CEO of a large corporation just left a meeting with his board. The board voted that due to the economy and the company's financial report that it's time to bail out or amputate parts of the company to survive.

Do you remember the show "You are the Weakess Link? You are employed with a company that has just asked you to point out the "weakess links" in your company and get rid of them.
One of the weakess links happen to be a family member. Okay, internal consultant, how are you going to handle this situation?
