I am also the owner of LMJ Events, which provides educational and marketing events for small businesses and entrepreneurs www.lmjevents.com I have a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and over twelve years experience working with small businesses providing services, such as SWOT analysis, how to structure and organize your business, developing business plans, marketing plans and sustainability plans to stay ahead of the ever changing market.
I also assist non-profits with establishing program maintenance and development, outcome measurements and board development for grant funded programs.
I can also assist you with employee/customer relationship management and team building. My expertise is taking your business whether a non-profit or small business to it's full potential and organizational level. I am also a registered Performance Assessment Network Administrator; who provides e-testing solutions for your organization to make sure you have the right people leading your business.
I am an advocate for living a fulfilling and happy life. I also have a passion for helping others to embrace and enjoy life. I love reading, going to the movies and taking vacations.
